Revolutionizing Shaft Technology: The ARETERA EC1 Series
At ARETERA, we pushed our limits to design a shaft line with a compliant mid-section
while simultaneously addressing erratic performance and stability issues often
associated with similar shaft profiles.
We started with reimagining the typical layup of a golf shaft and employed an advanced
layup technique to unify plies responsible for resisting twist and bending throughout the
wall thickness. We incorporated a unique balanced stacking sequence that utilizes
alternating exotic materials moving torsional resistance further out from the shafts
center vs a traditionally designed shaft where the layers resistant to twist are all stacked
from the inner core.

- Utilizes ultra premium high-modulus materials and spread tow fabrics to the layup
in critical areas and in strategic orientations promoting enhanced torsional
stability with a seemingly effortless flowing transfer of power. - Features a more compliant mid- section with firmer butt and tip sections providing for a very smooth, balanced feel promoting higher launching conditions.
- Enhances overall connectedness and torsional stability throughout the shaft
without compromising feel or performance while minimizing excessive spin
common to off center hits promoting more consistency in repeatable centerness of contact & a more fluid loading of the shaft not typically experienced in compliant mid-section designs.
