At The Golf Club Trader, we want you to be fully confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all new and pre-owned equipment. If your club doesn't fit your swing, we are committed to making it right through a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Clubs
Securely pack the equipment in its original box or a similar protective shipping container, ensuring all headcovers and accessories are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the clubs, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
